Hi, to restart your Alta there is a small button on the charging cable, whilst connected to the alta press the button 3 times holding for a few seconds each time and then a small pause between each press. If successful you will see the fitbit logo on the screen,. It took me a few tries to get it right

You have to synch the Alta with the fitbit app, which device are you connecting via bluetooth

I just don't get this. I've got an account w/fitbit that I log into and when I ask it to sync it just goes to the help screen that doesn't help me!!!! Very frustrated. I'm trying to do this on Windows 10 computer.
