When I exercise and the Fitbit does not do an auto recognize of my activity and I log my exercise, both my heart rate and calories are not inputted. It always says there’s not enough data. It will sometimes put the calorie count several hours later, but it’s a generic number and not based off of how hard I worked. If I look at my heart rate using the “heat rate” tab, it will show my heart rate and how long I am in the peak/cardio/ fat burn zone, but it will not include it in my exercise log. I’m using weight watchers and it syncs with my Fitbit app, but the data is not accurate and it’s messing up my allotted points for the day. I have tried restarting my Fitbit, logging out of the app, and shutting down my phone and it’s still not working. Any advice?

This has been happening to me too and messing up my WW points! Hopefully someone will have an answer.

Fitbit support doesn’t seem to know what’s happening. OMG it shouldn’t be that hard to fix an app.
I’m beyond frustrated!
