Lost my Alta & got new one as gift. Old 1 was Hr but new one is not. Can not push the stupid band closed. What kind of tool will work? Thanks

Hi @Xmasgift - That push button band was never my favorite. You will be happy to hear that you can purchase inexpensive bands with buckles from Amazon and from other third party sellers. There is no need to struggle with that band. When the Alta HR came out, it had the improved buckle band. The Alta HR bands will fit your Alta.

Once done up I put my finger by the watch and press the clasp connecting strap to watch and undo that rather than press but. Much easier!
