I have updated my OS (Google pixel) and the app on the phone has been updated. I have restarted the Fitbit using the button on the charger. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. My Fitbit does not show up as a device on my Bluetooth. I have tried to set it up again... It finds the Fitbit, gives me the code, and then doesn't make it through the sync. I've chosen try again repeatedly, and it won't go through.
