Heart Rate Zones not showing on tracked activities

Hi guys hope you can help me out.

I have noticed that when I track an activity (eg; jog), my heart rate zones do not show up. It says there is a lack of heart rate data. However, I don't get this problem when I just log an activity. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks 🙂

Hello @AnyaLo50 and welcome to the Help forums.  When you say you are tracking your jog, are you using the Fitbit app -- where you tap on the "+" on the on the exercise tile on the app and use the GPS tracking on your phone?  Fitbit calls this MobileRun.  MobileRun is the only feature where users say they get not enough heart rate data.  The heart rate data information seems to have disappeared in Oct 2019.  You can't fix it.
