Heart rate not showing on logged exercises Alta HR

Is anyone else have an issue with their logged exercises not showing their heart rate data? Every time I check the Fitbit display, it shows a heart rate, yet when I log an exercise it says “not enough data” for heart rate zones. It’s really annoying. Thanks!

Well I found an old thread that says this has been an issue for people for a while sooo I guess it’s never getting fixed. Nevermind I suppose!

Oops looks like I commented from my old account originally. It looks like my heart rate chart was working up to February 3rd of this year? Seems like everyone else had the issue for a lot longer than me... is it still working for anyone with the Alta HR?

Mine is only working for the “automatic “ exercises but not for entered exercise. I know it was working earlier this month but when I go back and check it now, it says not enough data.  🙁

Mine hasn’t worked for the last 3 days. Very frustrating!

Mine is not working either, thinking this is fit it’s way of not supporting the Alta HR anymore since can’t even buy one anymore. Frustrating for sure, hope I’m wrong and they get it corrected but after 3 days starting to think it won’t be corrected!
