Heart rate sensors not working

the LED keeps lighting and no longer flash since last week. I tried to restart for several times but it did not work. The heart rate tracking is working anyway but it seems not normal.

Did anyone face similar problem before? Because of the LED problem, the battery life is 1 day.

Please help. Thank you very much.

Hi @VegaL and @Bar66, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

 

@VegaL Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your Alta HR prior to posting, seems odd that even though the heart rate green lights are not flashing, your device is still tracking heart rate. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Hello. Thanks for your suggestions. I've tried the heart rate settings and also restarted the device for several times. Besides, I reconnected the device as well. But it didn't work. The heart rate seems still working while the green light is solid.
