Help!! Alarm won’t stop going off at 6 am

Help!! I have insomnia. I love my Fitbit Alta HR but it seems to think I have a alarm set for 6 am. I have no alarm on my phone nor for wake up time on the Fitbit. I have the phone set for do not disturb until 7 AM. I have a bedtime reminder set for 10 PM and a sleep goal set for 7 hours. My move reminder starts at 7 AM. I’ve restarted the phone several times. Is there a hidden alarm somewhere? How can I stop this phantom and insistent wake up alarm at 6 AM?  It also seems to have snooze function that keeps it repeating even when I tap to shut it off. It is very annoying when I need sleep. Help!!!

Lol they can be annoying at times! Restart your tdacker several times then go to your app and set an alarm (any time will do). Sync your tracker, log out of the Fitbit app, restart your phone and go back to the app, log back in and delete all alarms. Sync your tracker again and fingers crossed the 6am wake up is gone. Let us know how you go

Restart your tracker

Seriously? That's 7 steps, not including #1 needs to be done "several times." Isn't there an easier way to stop a reminder? I set one for 11 am that I want to shut off. Is this the only way?

All that I posted above is for when simply turning it off doesnt work. If you simply want to turn an alarm off go to to you app and yoir tracker. Scroll down to alarms and turn it off. Easy. Sometimes that doesnt work, then you need to try other things.

I set my wakeup time for 7:30 a.m., but the display on my Alta still shows 7:00 a.m. (old setting).  How can I make the watch display the correct wakeup time?
