Help!! Alta HR won't turn on nor charge!!

I recently purchased the Alta HR and once I got it, I tried to turn it on....nothing, I tried charging it and letting it charge for a couple hours and still......nothing.  I've cleaned the charging ports like other posts have suggested and still nothing.  I've tried doing that reset like suggested in other posts and still nothing.  Please help....

Mine shut off unexpectedly mid-day today and won't power back on or charge either.

Mine also switched off yesterday with no warning and now nothing??? It won't charge at all???

I have also tried the cleaning etc, but still nothing.  I have emailed Fitbit and will await a reply.
