I used to track my average sleep time in order to focus on getting more sleep. This has changed to show sleep score which I don’t find useful - does anyone know how I can change this back?

There's no way to turn it off.
If you don't like it or want to use it, don't look at it.
I'm not sure what the big deal is??
If your app is updated, you should be getting the number of hours of sleep each night and a weekly average of hours slept.

Hello @Rj0713 and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry to inform you that Fitbit has no plans to make the sleep score optional.

@Jerryhamel Your actual sleep time and averages are still available in the app. After you tap on your Sleep tile, swipe to the left in the blue area with the sleep score bar graphs. You will see your Hours Slept (not hours in bed). Swipe left again and you can see how your sleep matches your target sleep schedule. Both of these graph can expand and can rotate to landscape view to cover a longer time period.
The actual sleep score makes more sense to Premium users. There is more information in the advanced sleep analytics. I understand why someone wouldn't pay for Premium, just for the sleep score analytics. The sleep stages are also benchmarked for age, something not available with sleep patterns.

I had Premium for a trial and again when they offered it free for a period of time. It was useless to me. Maybe if someone is into high performance athletics it would mean more.
