Why did my Fitbit go ahead an hour when I live in Arizona? How do I change it?

Hello @PatsyWatsy   On your Today screen tap on your profile picture and scroll down to Advanced Settings > turn you automatic time zone to Off.  In the long list of time zones, scroll until you find America/Phoenix MST and tap on that.
