I need a help, I have another Fitbit new Alta hr, and do not know how to connect to my smartphone. My old Fitbit device was broken, so that I bought the other one. However the old one is still connected to the Smartphone. Thanks.

Hi @mahariko set it up as a new device on an existing account. Since you already have an Alta HR on the account, the app will ask you if you want to replace the device. Confirm that you do and continue the set up. Should be good to go from there.
