How to Sync & why my change to a 12 hours clock does not set?

I totally have forgotten and cannot find a simple Sync now button.  

And my time will not change to 12 hours even though it is changed in my settings.

 

65 and struggling.

Hi @ThirtyFifth  Try restarting your Alta HR a couple of times and then try a sync. To sync, go to the app and select your account avatar/icon in the top left corner. One the page that comes up select the Alta HR and then select 'Sync Now'. Alternatively, on the home  page (first screen) of your app, pull the page downwards near the TODAY heading and that should trigger a sync. Hopefully the restarts and sync should fix your problem
