Hello

I'm trying to reset my Alta HR but the original charging cord I got with the button was damaged and I bought another charger but this one doesn't have the button. Is there another way to reset it? I can't get it to sync to my phone .

Hi @VanessaBoudreau  you must have the original charger made by Fitbit for your Alta HR or you won't be able to restart it.  Third party chargers rarely have the required restart button. Sorry.
