How do I get started and get it set up. I want to get the most out of my device. Also, how do you sync with your mobile device?

To setup your device, please check: How do I set up my Fitbit device? and to sync it, check the information that's specified on: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?. Such help articles will help you to understand in a better way how to properly setup your device and how Fitbit devices sync data.
