I wonder if there is a way to input my phone step count to the fitbit

@FrumboldtB You can add steps manually by following the instructions from the help site that @Odyssey13 shared above. You can also setup MobileTrack on the Fitbit app so you can use your phone to track your steps. More details can be found here: How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
