I've been trying to turn off heart rate tracking. I have set Heart Rate to Off, the bracelet is synced, the app showes HR Off, yet the green diode keeps shining. How do I turn it off?

Have you restarted it (plug in to charge, press the button three times on the charging cable next to the USB bit)? Mine takes a while sometimes to turn off the HR monitoring, or syncing it 2-3 times on the app.

Yes. I forgot to mention, but I restarted it. (What I did not do so far was delete and pair again with the app, as I don't like setting everything from scratch again...)
