I can't find where to change my silent alarm anymore

I have my fitbitAlta HR for a few years now, and always could change my silent alarms, but lately I can not find where I can change my silent alarms. Online it says 'op het accountpictogram in de linkerbovenhoek van het tabblad Vandaag> Tik op je activiteitstracker> Stille alarmen> Nieuw alarm instellen'

The problem is when I click on my tracker the page is empty. Nothing to choose there only a dustbin to throw this tracker from the app. How can I fix this?

Let's verify:

You are in phone app.

From 'Today' page, you tap your profile picture at top left, taking you to 'Account' page.

On 'Account' page, you tap your tracker 'Alta HR' and it leads to a blank page.

Is that all correct?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

yes. that is correct. But somehow it works again after about a week
