I can't open tiles in the Fitbit App

My fitbit app syncs with my device but within the app i cant open up individual categories such as steps to see the timeline details.

Does the App crash when you tap on the step tile or any other tile within the App? I would suggest you to please restart your mobile device, log out from the Fitbit App and back in and force quit restart the App. If you have an iOS, force quit restart the App by following the tips below: 
 
  1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen.
  2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
  3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
Note that instructions may vary depending on the model of your phone. On a side note, if this continues, please confirm the model of your mobile device and make sure that the Fitbit App is updated to the latest version. To update the App, please go here
