I can’t see my steps , only calories

I moved my fitbit from one phone to another ,  I can now only see calories, how do I get back steps and distance ? I’ve looked everywhere.

Hello @Cooper12 

When changing phones

• Log out of the Fitbit app on the old phone
• Remove the tracker from the bluetooth 
• If the old phone is not working, or nearby, dont worry about the abive.

On the new phone

• Install the Fitbit app
• Log into your Fitbit account
• Approve what is requested

Your all good.

You say that you do not see steps, but what are you looking at? The tracker, fitbit app, or website?

Is the tracker still connected to your Fitbit account?

Thanks , I deleted the app and started again. All ok now

It’s ok now thanks,  I deleted the app on my old phone and started again on the new one,
