Picture? or at least description?

I don’t know how to put a photo in but it is about an inch or so wide l, about 2 inches long and I see several online that look like mine but they all have a spot on the back for prongs on the charger but mine has a raised square on the back right in the middle with 3 small squares in the middle of that. Does that help?

A way to add photos is through the Gyazo app. Get the gyazo app and take a picture of your tracker, make sure you have the link copied and paste it in your reply so we can see it. Or if you have it synced to your phone, or if the person who gave it had it synced to their phone, you can see the name.

To add a photo, tap the picture icon above the area you type in, then choose camera.

look mostly like a charge 2 to me: https://www.fitbit.com/uk/charge2/charge2-101

A Charge 2 would have a button on the side. Same with the Inspire HR that has a different shape but uses the same band.

If it is a Fitbit it would have to be the Alta HR which is the only HR model without a side button.

Try adding the device to your Fitbit account and choose Alta HR

You are correct. There is no button but it is a FITBIT.

Then it has to be an Alta HR, have you tried to set it up?

I assume battery is dead and doesn't have a charger.

It looks to me like too wide for an Alta (HR).  And my Alta HR has 3 metal pins that is lacking.

I'm starting to wonder if it really is a Fitbit.

Any chance your sister did not remove it from app so could see what her app says it is?

I used to have a charger for it and it was set up on my phone just a few months ago. I just can’t find the charger and I don’t think I have the app anymore and am stuck with a dead watch

If you remember your fitbit account/email and password, you could still log into the app and see if it still has a tracker connected to it.

The back looked like a charge 2, but having no button and that little oval thing at the bottom of the screen. Idk.

Can you ask your sister which one it is?

I tried that and it didn’t work.

@JohnnyRow I had missed that the charging contacted are missing.

One of our competitors require removal of the band to reveal a USB plug.

@Grandma81966 I would expect to see a Fitbit logo on the band.

The Alta HR is the only Heart Rate model without a button on the side.
