I hope to get a reply and a solution as soon as possible, I am a Fitbit user for 6 years, I see that many compatriots in the Fitbit community have the same problem, including Charge2, Alta hr, Flex2, my compatriots have not received a corresponding solution. As a deep user experiencer, I have charge5, versa2, versa3, but there is no problem with these models, but Alta HR, charge2, flex2, etc. will appear in this situation, we are all unified judgment, this is the system server firmware problem. Please report the problem to your technicians, I believe this is a server bug! Maybe when you were maintaining the system, the corresponding model firmware was missing, and you didn't find it. Please fix, the issue has been around for 3 weeks.

I have the same problem. The photos Fitbit Support sent me to charge the Alta HR is NOT what my tracker shows. Hope you get a positive reply soon. Support does not accept emails.
