Hi, I'm trying to get this working for my daughter and think it's an Alta but not sure. Looks similar to an Alta but maybe not exactly the same.

Can anyone identify this?

If it has any charge, you can try setting it up and see which model it accepts, but I am guessing battery is dead and don't have charger, or know which one to get.

 

I don't have Alta but bank doesn't look same - Alta has removable band not visible here, and connector looks different.

The inside of your band looks like it has a "W" logo.

And the red fingerprint-like swirl on screen is not familiar.

I'm wondering if it even is a Fitbit, or another brand.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
