Is HRV accurate on AltaHR new feature?

New features popped up on my dash titled Metrics.  All my numbers are good except HRV. Is AltaHR equiped to read this properly?  Past four days my number reads 13.  Very bad if accurate!

There's all kinds of people having the same issue. Mine has been in the 20’s and now is at 18. It's totally false and garbage!

Thx for response. That’s a relief as far as my score. I have Premium, but assume I have to upgrade tracker to get accurate reading.
