Issues w Filing Warranty Claim for Broken Band

I've had my Alta HR for a little under a year year. I've used it pretty frequently with no issues but now the metal locks on the band suddenly won't stay in place when I put it in and the band falls off frequently. I went to the warranty claim page and clicked 'File Claim' but it says "Nothing is paired to this account", but in my Dashboard page I see my Alta HR as a product connected to my account.
