Lights in charging area under my Fitbit HR aren’t lit up anymore.

Got message that battery was low. Went to charge and noticed green lights underneath were off. Read about rebooting but can’t find “button” on charging cable.  Now no display at all on Fitbit

Hi @dbmilw in order to restart the Alta HR, you must have an authentic charger from Fitbit. Unfortunately, the Alta series was discontinued and finding the original charger might mean searching for it at local retailers or online. Sorry there is no easy answer for you.

@dbmilw   Page 31 in the Alta HR manual shows you the button position and has rebooting instructions.
