I have lost my charger and am struggling to buy a replacement. There are plenty of 2 pronged ones out there but mine has three prongs. Any idea where I can but one from? A previous answer from fitbit posted a link but the picture was unclear as to whether it was a two or three prong.Thank you

Hello @HelenG0902 and welcome to the Help forums.  Several people are offering genuine Fitbit Alta HR charging cables on Ebay.  I never owned an Alta HR.  But when an image is available, it shows two prongs on the genuine Fitbit charger.  Also, the image in the Alta HR manual shows two prongs.
