Low battery notification not always happening

Sometimes I get an email to inform me of low battery, other times not. As a result the fitbit battery is completely drained when I find out it needs charging. I have checked that low battery is ticked in notifications

Have you checked the Spam folder? Beyond that, there's nothing you can do.

 

I have suggested the idea to have the low battery notification on the device itself. If you find that helpful, you can vote for it here .

Yes, spam folder is checked daily. It has never appeared there
