Missing resting heart rate and sleep tracking

Hi

 

My alta hr stopped providing full sleep tracking a few days ago saying it didn't have heart rate info.  I can see that it tells me exact heart rate. I've logged in and out of the app, checked for updates and did a full reinstall. It is still not working right.  Suggestions?

Same thing happened to me. For the past three weeks I’ve been trying different alternatives. Would love any feedback to fix this.

I ended up reaching out via another channel and the response below worked. Good luck! 

- Refresh your Fitbit device by giving it a restart: https://t.co/At6iSYR5Ti
- Make sure to wear it snug on your wrist
- Wear it on your non-dominant hand
- Change the sleep sensitvity to "Sensitive". See: https://t.co/hG9YKCYupL.

Once done, sleep with your tracker and sync it the next day.

Thank you for sharing this. I've just restarted my Fitbit. Hopefully this works and my sleep is tracked again.

Hi- I’m hoping for a suggestion. My Alta hr heart rate has been going super high for at least 2 weeks.Now my sleep isn’t registering. I’ve been in contact with Fitbit support. Tried a number of things. Was given a case number and told they’d email me. I called a few times but haven’t heard back. I’m hoping for a replacement but can’t reach them. I love my Fitbit when it works.
