Morning Alarm Won't Reset

I need to change my morning alarm.

It is currently stuck at what I previously set it to: 5:50 a.m. .

My app has been change to 7:00 a.m. . My desktop app has been change to 7:00 a.m. . I have manually synced my fitbit to my computer, but it remains at 5:50 a.m. . I am going to lose my mind.

What do I need to do?

Try restarting your tracker several times then try syncing the new alarm again. If it still wont change try deleting the old alarm first and sync and see if that one will disappear, then try setting the now one. Let us know how you go

Restart your tracker

Hello,

Thank you for the reply! I've attempted all of your suggestions (and have been since you first replied), but I am still stuck with a 5:50 a.m. alarm. I've managed to update my bedtime reminder time, but for whatever reason, the alarm just won't change.

My most recent tactic was to let my Alta HR die. I changed all my settings in my app. Removed my alta from the app, and I am currently trying to add it back. Now, my computer is failing to detect my Fitbit. When I plug it into the charger, the screen shows the battery. It's visibly charging, but my app fails to pick it up. I've tried all the steps it lists. I've reset it.

I'm taking a break for my mental health, but will be getting back at it eventually. Wish me luck.

Update: I removed my Fitbit from my laptop completely via bluetooth and from the Fitbit app. Then I added it again. My alarm is now removed! But now I can't get the alarm to add at all.

Hahahahaha.

Small win.

That sounds really really annoying! I think you are at the stage where you need to contact Support and see if they can help (link in my signature)

I also had this problem but found a silent alarm I had set. Changed that to my new wake up time. Will let you know if it works.

KiraZ is right.  Had the same problem, turned out to be a silent alarm.

FitBit App \ Profile in top left corner \ AltaHR \ Silent Alarms
