I bought and used an Alta HR 101 for many months successfully, syncing to a Macbook.
In early January, after charging and syncing, I noticed the time and date were wrong. Repeated attempts to sync with the same Macbook made no difference. The Fitbit app reported successful sync, but I could see no new data in the dashboard and the time and date on the device were still wrong. I also could not change device settings like reminders and display format.
As a result I stopped wearing it - the wrong time is worse than no time at all!
Today I recharged it, and synced again (apparently successfully) using the Fitbit app on my Macbook. The time and date are still wrong.
This is not a timezone issue: at 11:55 on Monday April 19 it reports 08:24 on Friday 15.
I tried checking for a device firmware update but the app reported no update was available.
How can I restore normal operation?

Hi @Paul_M_Garrett You may not be able to fix your Alta HR, but try restarting it a few times and then sync again and see if that helps. If it doesn't then I think the tracker is dying. Sorry.
