Stop notifications that say let roll, time to get moving, etc

If you still need help, please make sure that your Reminders to Move are turned on. To do so, follow the steps below:

 

  1. On the Today tab, tap the hourly activity tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon turn Reminders to Move on or off.
