I put my Alta to charge today and set up everything. It was able to connect to my phone while charging but after I was done setting it up, I unplugged it and it wouldn’t turn on. I tried restarting it but no reaction came from the Alta. I plugged it in again and it worked perfectly fine. However, the moment I unplugged it, I kept tapping the screen and it wouldn’t turn on.

Hello @Flairia and welcome to the Community. All rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. The Alta is an older device. Everything you are describing is consistent with end of life battery failure. Sorry.

I’ve also been charging it for around 2 hours. The bar on the display doesn’t go up or down even when plugged in.

@aartipuri1980 The Alta was released in 2016 and discontinued in 2018. I'm sorry, but I think you have a dead battery, too.
