My Alta doesn't hold its charge

My Alta will work when its connected to the charger but when  I put it on my wrist it loses charge very quickly. Its quite old now so I guess it needs a new battery? Is that possible or do I have to get a new device?

Hi @AngelaBarn  there is no battery replacement, but why not look at the newest devices? The Inspire 2 replaced the Alta series and the Luxe is the newest of the slim styled devices. Might be time to treat yourself as you go on this journey
