I have read the previous post with the same heading, but no answer is given there. I have exactly the same problem, my Alta will charge and whilst attached to the charging lead (it is fully charged), when I tap it I get the Fitbit logo and the battery sign. When I wave it about it I get the counting steps signs. If I sync it, I can see on the app the "steps" that it has counted. When not attached to the charger it is completely dead - if I try to sync I get the ! sign. Is there a fix for this problem?
