My Alta wont come back on after unplugged

When I plug it up it works. I can tap the screen and it dies what its supposed to but when I take it off it works until it goes off then I can't get it to come back on. I have tried resetting it also it just did the same thing.

Thank you for sharing this information regarding the display of your Alta that is not responding when it's not connected to the charger. 

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
