For the past 8 days my Fitbit Alta HR has not registered my sleep score. It is always a simplified detail. I have adjusted the Fitbit on my arm to a tighter position and a looser position, but it still is not working. This has always happened periodically so I assumed, as indicated in the explanation, that it wasn't getting a consistent heart rate reading. But for 8 days in a row, that seems excessive. Please help!!!

I have been having the same problem since May 7th! I also adjusted how I was wearing my Fitbit, cleaned it, ensured I have the latest firmware update, and reset it - multiple times, so the problem must be with Fitbit. I gave up on it for a few weeks, but I just tried again to initiate a Live Chat to find a solution but received the message that says "due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. If our community doesn't resolve your concern visit our help site..." Due to the lack of ability to contact someone, I can only assume that no support is available currently. The community can't resolve a problem that we are experiencing because Fitbit needs to fix the sleep tracking function.

I have reset and cleaned the leads after it wouldn't sync this morning. Next, got a low battery notification. Now it is totally dead. I'm afraid it has taken it's last walk.

Same issues here - last week or so.
Basic sleep stats and the HR tracker has been all over the place.
Have charged, clean and reset multiple times.
EDIT - just noticed the green lights of the tracker are now staying on all the time - even with HR set to auto or off.

I’ve been experiencing the same problem. Have tried all the things mentioned.
I’ve been having other issues as well. It stopped working all together, no green light...nothing at all. 24-48 hrs later after several reboot attempts it started working. But now green light is on all the time. Battery lasts about a day. Yesterday I charged it twice and all night. It’s about 3/4 charged right now. Only had this one for 14 months.
im getting a new one.
Good luck

I get nothing whatsoever on the screen. I've only had this one since last August. Will now look into warranty. Good luck everyone

As a followup to the original problem I presented, I wanted to update. I closed the Fitbit app on my phone, then turned off my Bluetooth. Next I opened the app back up, then turned my Bluetooth back on. This morning when I checked, my sleep detail was back to what it should be instead of just the simplified detail. I have no idea if this will continue to work, but I saw this suggestion and tried it. Hopefully this will be helpful to others.

Thank you for the suggestion, but my fitbit will not do anything at all. Hoping it is under warranty
