My Fitbit Alta HR hasn’t synced for 4 days. Won’t manually sync either.

Keep trying to manually sync, but it just won’t. Very frustrating. Would be most grateful if someone could help, please.

Have you reset the device? If all else fails, restart the phone and either move or turn off all other BT devices in the area. Then log into your account and delete the Alta HR from your account. Finally, add it back in and it should sync.

Thank you very much for responding. As it happens, it spontaneously synced once more today. Weird. I will heed your advice should it happen again!

Awesome!  Here is what else I advise people to do:

 

1.) Check both your app and phone and make sure both are updated

2.) Restart both the device and phone

3.) Disconnect it from BT and reconnect it.  Make sure ALL OTHER BTs are OFF OR MOVED

4.) Clear your app cache

5.) Uninstall and reinstall your app

6.) Disconnect the device from your account and add it back in
