My alta hr fitbit quit working some time this afternoon. I had not gotten any water on it at all. It wont even charge. Is there some kind of policy where I can get a new one sent to me for warranty purposes or sometimes like that? I'm just not sure if I could afford a new alta hr is all and I like using it to keep track of my sleeping and my steps. If anyone has any questions could they get back to me when they can. That would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance for any help that I receive.

@Stooped The Alta HR is an older, discontinued model. Rechargeable batteries, like the type in a Fitbit, have a lifespan. I suspect your battery has reached its end of life. Fitbit's come with a one year warranty in the US and two in the EU. I suspect your Fitbit is past its warranty.
