My Alta HR stopped counting stairs.  How can I fix this?

Hi @SunsetRunner  the Alta HR does not have an altimeter, so it can't recognize flights of stairs. I used to have one. You can see that it's not listed as one of the daily stats on page 18 of the user manual and it's not listed as having an altimeter in the specs.
