My battery died after not charging it for a while. When I go on the Fitbit app, it says it has full battery, yet the screen doesn't turn on. I've been charging it for approx. 12 hrs & have had no progress. tips?

Hello @bruhchilloof, welcome back to the Community forums. 

 

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Alta HR that is not turning back on.

 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

Please keep me posted on the outcome.
