My alta is not turning on when it is taken out from the charger .

I need a way to correct this problem I had tried to reset this ...

I am very sad and disappointed with this action ..

We acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.

 

Has your Alta been in touch with water or exposed to humidity or sweat? Also, I would like to confirm if when the Alta is on the charger, if you're able to see that it is charging correctly. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on the screen. A fully charged tracker shows a solid battery icon.

 

If you don't see the above or the device isn't charging correctly, then please try to perform some basic troubleshooting steps for battery not charging. For instructions, please see:
