My Fitbit isn't restarting (I tried all the steps) and it isn't responding to the taps even though it is fully charged. What should I do? I need help ASAP!!!

Hi @becky19 Unfortunately if it won't restart there is very little you can do - it might be dying.  Try restarting a few more times and if it still wont work let the battery run  completely flat for an hour or two and then fully charge it again. If it is still not working correctly then it is dying.
