Hi @Amalsheikh Unfortunately it sounds as if your Alta HR is dying. If restarting several times, especially doesn't help there is nothing else you can try.

So, that’s it? Defunct product and go get a new one?

@aaronpeter Yes, for the Alta series it is. They have been discontinued for some years now and if restarts dont help there is nothing else to try. It is an old tracker with an old battery (batteries are not replacable) and old batteries die. It is sad, but it happens eventually and as it is an old tracker it won't still be under warranty.

Mine has done the same thing. I have replaced 3 now with the exact same issue after 2 years. I really think they are programmed to do this. Odd to have three have the same issue. I have a Garmin watch that is 5 years old and it is still running? So sad as I really like this product by Fitbit.
