My settings are in pounds but it shows kilos.

I didn't think the Alta HR showed your weight. I thought this was only available via the app.

 

Are you sure it's not the step count you are seeing? If you have the Alta HR display in portrait mode it doesn't have enough room to display the full step count and has to abbreviate it. For example it will show 8500 steps as 8.5K. Could this be what you are seeing?
