Hello, my alta keeps showing the battery, it won't charge past half and at night it turns itself off. When I get up in the morning I put it on the charge to turn it back on, battery is still half and the time/date is all wrong. I've tried reseting by pressing the reset button 3 times but no change. Please can someone contact me?
