My experience with Alta HR and Customer Service

I contacted customer service because my Alta HR bought 30 days ago would not hold a charge longer than 3 days. The referred me to the warranty group who said it is no longer under warranty. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Did you buy it new from a certified dealer 30 days ago?  That sounds strange because Alta HR hasn't been made for several years.  Or perhaps was it a used purchase?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
