Hello everyone I got a new cell phone and I would like to get my fitbit alta working again.
Yes it been charging just no data I am not happy
Please help me out

Hi @nkotblove you put the app on the phone and log in as usual? If you haven't used your Alta in a while, the battery may have died. Try restarting it a few times and see if there are any signs of life.

And download the fitbit app again.

And I am thinking about getting a new fitbit tracker.
My fitbit alta is old and it's disconnected making it.

The Alta series was retired close to three years ago. I got the new Luxe when my Alta HR screen was too hard to see. With specials this time of year, @nkotblove , you just might find a good deal on a new Fitbit.

Thanks for helping me out. Wow it's been 3 years retired on Alta tracker.
First thing is for me to save money on the fitbit tracker.
