My fitbit altaHR has started flashing the fitbit symbol followed by V26.63.02.

My fitbit altaHR has started flashing the fitbit symbol followed by V26.63.02.  When I tap the screen I do get the time then tap again getting step count but nothing further and it always reverts back to the flashing symbol and that number
