My fitbit won't turn on and keep vibrating - Alta HR

I have an Alta HR fitbit, and in the past couple of days it has not been turning on. I try plugging it in with the charger, but when I do it starts violently vibrating until I unplug it. I tried tapping on the screen and it still doesn't turn on. The app says it's fully charged, but no steps have been recorded or any other data. I'm not sure what to do. This issue has only just happened, and only vibrates when plugged in. 

 

 

What should I do?

Hi @Dylan_Rossi Try restarting the Alta a few times and see if that helps. If it doesn't then I think it is sadly dying.
